I cut a 15 day month-end close to 3 days.
I build the reconciliations that tie Stripe and Shopify payouts to QuickBooks Online or NetSuite, for e-commerce brands and healthcare practices doing $2M to $20M a year.
Book a 20 minute callWhat I hear on the first call
"A Stripe or Shopify payout lands in the bank and I can't tie it to the invoices or orders behind it."
"The AR aging in QuickBooks Online shows balances nobody trusts, so collections runs from a spreadsheet."
"The close takes 15 days or more, so I see last month's numbers halfway through this month."
The cause is usually the same. Fees, refunds, chargebacks, and timing differences sit between the payment processor and the general ledger, and someone nets them out by hand in Excel every month.

How I work
-
1.
Assessment. I trace a recent month of transactions from the payment processor to the general ledger and write down where the numbers stop tying.
-
2.
Build. I build the reconciliation, forecast, or data model in the tools you already run, such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Snowflake.
-
3.
Parallel run. The new process runs next to your current one for 1 full close. It replaces the old process only after both produce the same numbers.
-
4.
Handoff with training. You get written documentation and a training session for the person who will run it in QuickBooks Online or NetSuite day to day.
